Beauty treatments are still considered a taboo subject and very few people talk about it. Even among prominent personalities, there is often silence about interventions and operations.

While many stars keep their statements covered, Natascha Ochsenknecht reports quite openly about her own experiences with the topic and talks about the treatments she uses in a beauty talk with Medart.

Beauty treatments, Botox and Co.

When it comes to cosmetic surgery, many find it difficult to make concrete statements. The fear of being convicted is just too great. Natascha Ochsenknecht reports in an interview that she looked very tired and swollen after a corona infection and various necessary operations and therefore made the decision to have Botox and hyaluron injected.

No matter what you do and do, no matter how you eat – at some point age will catch up with you.

An honest opinion

The procedure helps her to feel better and makes her look like she’s had three weeks of vacation, says Natascha Ochsenknecht. The 48-year-old draws a comparison with the USA and describes that envy plays a major role in Germany when it comes to evaluating a cosmetic operation. After her first post on this topic, however, the messages and comments were almost entirely positive and the fans noticed her radiant demeanor. Only individuals would not understand that. She explains that honesty is particularly important on social media and that it makes it easier to deal with interventions of this kind.

The most important thing is your own well-being

When it comes to cosmetic surgery and treatments with botox or hyaluronic acid, the only thing that matters in the end is how you feel about it. It’s all about your own well-being and making a choice just for yourself. So does Natascha Ochsenknecht, who describes that she feels better thanks to the treatment with Botox and Hyaluron. It is important to her that she is at peace with herself and only allows interventions to be carried out at her discretion. She is not concerned with the opinions of others, but only with her own perception and responsibility for herself. Having operations that the partners want are therefore out of the question.

Yes, I see the effect myself, and that’s the most important thing. That I look in the mirror and say: “Ok, that was absolutely worth it”.

Know your own limits

Natascha Ochsenknecht positions herself clearly on the subject and also says that she would like to emphasize her own naturalness. According to the mother of three, she likes faces that have character and not the typical “uniform faces” that would often result from operations. She much prefers distinctive facial features. That’s why she likes to show herself naturally on her Instagram profile and gives an insight into the reality of the otherwise glossed-over world.

Who gets surgery done?

Whether young or old, male, female or diverse – many people think about possible interventions. Natascha Ochsenknecht describes how she understands when young women think about cosmetic surgery because they feel uncomfortable in their bodies. Dissatisfaction with your own body can lead to psychological problems, which is why there is nothing wrong with seeing a doctor, according to the former model. Even in old age, interventions are completely justifiable, because in the end it’s all about feeling good about yourself.

In my opinion, everyone should age as they feel comfortable. Because that helps to have fun in old age. Age should be fun.

What should be considered with beauty treatments?

Before you decide to have a procedure, you should do a thorough research on the procedure. A detailed discussion about previous illnesses, allergies and possible side effects should be held with the relevant doctors.
