Nothing stops him! On April 26, Natasha St-Pier and Anthony Colette lifted the trophy with emotion. Dance with the stars (TF1), after ten weeks of hard work and a highly publicized falling out with comedian Inès Reg. And the 43-year-old singer has not yet said her last word on the small screen! Indeed, as reported 20 minutes this Saturday May 4, the latter was appointed to announce to whom the French Eurovision jury will award its 12 points during the final of the competition, which will be broadcast on the night of Saturday May 11 to Sunday May 12.
During this exceptional evening broadcast on France 2 from 9 p.m. and commented by Laurence Boccolini and Stéphane Bern, Natasha St-Pier will therefore occupy a special place. Nothing surprising, however, given the 43-year-old singer’s history with Eurovision. Indeed, after his notable appearance in the musical Notre Dame de Paris, she represented France in 2001 during the illustrious competition with the title “Je n’ai que monâme”, a song which allowed her to win fourth place. Five years later, in 2006, then in 2011, Bixente Maxime’s mother then took her place alongside the jury during the French national selections of the competition.

Eurovision 2024: Slimane appointed to represent France
In a few days, Natasha St-Pier will hope to see Slimane win the 68th edition of Eurovision. “It’s an immense pride. A real responsibility too. On May 11, 2024, I will sing in front of nearly 200 million people. I’m going to sing for my parents. For my daughter. For France”, confided the 34-year-old singer on his Instagram account on November 28. The winner of the 5th season of The Voice said he was confident given the choice of his song to represent France during the competition, a magnificent title called “Mon amour”. “This is an advantage, because it stands out from the crowd. Afterwards, like everything that stands out, you either love it or you hate it. Without boasting, whether for good or for evil, I will not go unnoticed”, he indicated during an interview given to 20 minutes last April.
