And it was with his family that he flew to the Caribbean, just hours after his farewell to front page viewers. Jean-Pierre Pernaut and his wife went to spend the end of year celebrations under the coconut trees of the Dominican Republic, with their two children Lou and Tom. Despite the criticisms from Internet users, and the (a little too intrusive) presence of tarantulas, Nathalie Marquay is making the most of her holidays! Nothing better than turquoise water and fine sand to forget, for a fortnight, the hassles linked to the health crisis.
“Happiness with my man ”
On Wednesday December 30, 2020, the former Miss France shared a snapshot taken at the beach with her 70,000 subscribers on Instagram. “Thank you for these moments of happiness ”, can we read in the caption. An absolutely heavenly setting, which she also published in her story. And Nathalie Marquay took the opportunity to make a tender statement to her husband Jean-Pierre Pernaut: "Freedom, happiness with my man, in love as on the first day”, she wrote. Provident, the chronicler of Do not touch My TV anticipated the critics. She specifies that her little family continues to take her “precautions ” facing the virus, with “temperature measurement ” every day and “distance respected ”.
Nathalie Marquay and Jean-Pierre Pernaut, it's almost 20 years of love. Since their meeting in the audience of the Miss France 2002 election – of which Sylvie Tellier emerged victorious – the couple have never left each other. They finally got married on June 23, 2007 in Paris, after the (close) births of their two children. And while some believed her with Jean-Pierre Pernaut “for the dough ”, the former beauty queen has proven otherwise. She also displays an unfailing bond with her husband, to whom she regularly sends tender messages in the press and on social networks.
