(CercleFinance.com) – Navya announces that its supervisory board has just appointed Olivier Le Cornec, chairman of Navya’s management board as of today and replacing Sophie Desormière.
Currently R&D and Technologies Director of Navya, Olivier Le Cornec will retain his current functions in addition to his mandate as Chairman of the Management Board.
‘Through this appointment, Navya’s Supervisory Board has chosen a personality with recognized skills in areas representing high stakes for the Company while maintaining the current balance of skills and organization’, emphasizes Navya.
In addition, the Supervisory Board announces that it has taken note of the resignation of Jean-Marc Janaillac from his duties on the Supervisory Board and thanks him for all his contribution.
