Navya: Valeo Bayen holds 9.79% of the capital

(Boursier.com) — By letter received on January 14 at the AMF, the simplified joint-stock company Valeo Bayen, controlled by the company Valeo SE, declared, as a regularization, to have crossed downwards, on January 7, the thresholds of 10% of the capital and voting rights of the company Navya. It holds, on this date and to date, 3,888,645 Navya shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 9.79% of the capital and voting rights of this company.

This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the total number of Navya shares and voting rights.
