As the Spanish series “Sky Rojo” comes to an end on Netflix, one scene in particular caught the attention of subscribers.
The adventures of Coral, Gina and Wendy come to an end. After two supercharged seasons, Sky Rojo bids farewell with a final chapter consisting of eight episodes. The creator Álex Pina – already at the helm of La Casa de Papel – remains faithful to his style and continues the run of his three heroines by mixing drama, corrosive humor and wild action scenes – all with always a little vulgarity.
One of the sequences present in episode 3 pushed the limits of the viewers. Darwin, a new character introduced for this season 3 and presented as a dangerous criminal, makes a pizza delivery boy his new victim.
Moises and Darwin take the young man to a trailer before tying him up. The second decides to make a hole in the microwave door before placing the delivery man’s head inside. He makes hima neck rolls” in aluminum to maintain the radiation and decides to fix everything with tape.
Darwin starts the machine while the head of the poor delivery man is inside. The radiation burns the victim who eventually explodes. The scene is quite short but rather explicit, which did not leave fans of the series indifferent.
