In the fall of 2022, Netflix will launch a new series centered on the character of Wednesday Addams. Jenna Ortega takes over from Cristina Ricci in the role, even if the latter should also point the tip of her nose. The icing on the cake, it was Tim Burton who shaped this series with a universe very close to his first creations.
The first images promise a rather caustic and cynical tone, befitting the character. In the casting, we will find Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzman in Morticia and Gomez Addams, and Gwendoline Christie in the role of the director of a strange school, the Nevermore Academy. It is the latter who will welcome the young and strange girl after her dismissal from several establishments. On the program: sword duels and bizarre creatures. We can not wait to see the result.
