On the sidelines of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas (United States), the streaming platform, Netflix, will create a golf competition between Formula 1 drivers and golfers. After eight holes, the two best pairs will face each other in a final round.

In anticipation of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas, which will be held this Sunday, November 19, the streaming platform Netflix has decided to launch a challenge to four drivers. This Tuesday, November 14, Pierre Gasly (Alpine), Carlos Sainz (Ferrari), Lando Norris (McLaren) and Alex Albon (Williams) will compete in a golf competition, the Netflix Cup, in the company of four professional golfers . The Frenchman is the only one, among car drivers, who does not play golf regularly.

Several surprises along the way

Lando Norris will be partnered with Rickie Fowler, Carlos Sainz will be with Justin Thomas, Pierre Gasly with Morikawa, while Alex Albon will be associated with Max Homa. Each of the four teams will play eight holes of match play with several surprises on the course. The Netflix Cup will be broadcast live on the streaming platform starting at 3 p.m. Pacific Time (12 a.m. French time).

The Norris/Fowler team will face the Sainz/Thomas pair in the first match and the second match will pit the Albon/Homa team and the Gasly/Morikawa duo. Comedian Bert Kreischer, golfer Joel Dahmen, sportscaster Kay Adams and legendary NFL player Marshawn Lynch will all host the show live as the teams compete.
