New season, new heist for Lupine
Probably delayed by the aggression and theft suffered on the film set in February 2022, the production of season 3 of the series Lupine is now complete. In any case, Netflix is ready to communicate on the date of return to business of Assane Diop (Omar Sy): next October 5.
The official synopsis is as follows: “ Now in hiding, Assane must learn to live far from his wife and son. Faced with the suffering they are enduring through his fault, Assane can no longer stand it and decides to return to Paris to make them a somewhat crazy proposal: to leave France and start another life elsewhere. But the ghosts of the past are never far away, and an unexpected return will upset his whole plan. Unsurprisingly, and as the first teaser trailer confirms, it’s also going to involve a daring heist. Our hero’s mother also seems central to the story.
Whatever we think of the series (at the editorial office, we appreciated the first season as much as found the second a failure), it is one of Netflix’s biggest non-English hits.
