“It’s from Robert, following Tenet, where we reference Oppenheimer – I had written that scene about that incredible moment when Oppenheimer and the Manhattan Project scientist couldn’t completely rule out the possibility of a reaction chain that would destroy the world the moment they triggered that first gadget, that first atomic device.
We used that as a metaphor for Tenet, which Robert was in.
