“As a small child, I always said I wanted to be a farmer,” says Lena Höller. Since 2019, the 24-year-old has been running the Braun organic farm in Triebental, Styria, together with her friend Mathias Leitner. “We have goats, cats, pigs, horses, dwarf rabbits and a dog – the Jara,” she lists. Plus cows for milk production and four rooms for subletting for holidaymakers.
