In summer there will be a new RTL show with Hans Sigl: In “The unbelievably smartest person in the world” celebrities should compete.
The 15th season of “Der Bergdoktor” (ZDF) has just ended. Apparently, fans of leading actor Hans Sigl (52) don’t have to wait too long for the actor to return to the TV screens. In the summer of 2022 there will be a new entertainment show with Sigl on RTL, as “rtl.de” reports. The name of the new format is therefore “The incredibly smartest person in the world”. Presenter Jana Azizi (33) and humorist Pierre M. Krause (45) will stand by Hans Sigl on the show, it is said.
That’s what it’s about
According to the report, celebrities from a wide variety of areas sit in Hans Sigl’s council chair for “The unbelievably smartest person in the world”: “Relevant and interesting celebrities” meet in completely new, unusual constellations. The guests should compete in a “humorous, exciting and clever competition”. Quiz elements and celebrity talk are combined “with a wink”.
The top two celebs advance and face off against another celebrity on the next show. In the end it is clear who is the “incredibly smartest” among them.
The format is already running in Belgium and the Netherlands and is scheduled to be broadcast in Germany in summer 2022. In the meantime, Hans Sigl will soon become a quiz opponent for Günther Jauch (65): On April 4, the moderator will deal with the “Bergdoktor” star. The quiz show “Jauch gegen Sigl” runs from 8:15 p.m. on RTL (also via RTL+) and will once again be moderated by Oliver Pocher (44).
