The first LEGO releases for June 2024 have been revealed and concern one of the most cult licenses of all time. One of the sets should make more than one dream, even if there will be a little hint of disappointment.
The May 2024 LEGO releases will delight Star Wars fans. Before the big day of May the 4th 2024, which took place this weekend, the Danish firm pulled out all the stops with sets of The Phantom Menace and Star Wars itself. That didn’t leave much room for other new features, but the gigantic Artemis rocket and Milky Way sets still managed to stand out from the crowd. Next month, brick aficionados will reconnect with a franchise with a truly immense aura.
New LEGO Batman sets in June 2024 releases
What does LEGO have planned for the first month of summer? The return of a masked vigilante, also a detective in his spare time, a billionaire and who sneaks like no other. Who is it ? The Dark Knight obviously. After the sublime set Batman: The Gotham City Animated Series, the company will once again pay homage to this legendary television anime.
As suggested by leaks, a new Batmobile arrives on June 1, 2024. It is based on the series by Bruce Timm and Eric Radomski while respecting as much as possible the midnight blue color of Batou’s vehicle. We’re still a long way from its color, but it seems pretty neat. In fact, what is likely to be more debated than the color is the scale of this set made up of 435 pieces. For such a gem, we were rather expecting something similar to the stunning LEGO 1989 Batmobile (76139) which is no longer in the catalog. In addition to this construction, there will be a new, more colorful replica of the Batcave with Batgirl, but also a Batman figurine with his Bat-Pod.
