This Thursday, December 7 at 11 p.m. on France 2, a revealing documentary from Complément d’Enquête highlights the inappropriate behavior of the famous 74-year-old French actor, through the testimonies of several women and a shocking video.

Last week, Cyril Hanouna was the center of media attention, but this time it’s legendary actor Gérard Depardieu who is making headlines. The latest issue of “Complément d’Enquête”, broadcast this Thursday, December 7 on France 2, looks at the life of this emblematic figure of French cinema. The program, entitled “Gérard Depardieu: the fall of the ogre”, lifts the veil on disturbing aspects of his career. At the heart of this investigation is the poignant story of Hélène Darras, an actress who claims to have been a victim of Gérard Depardieu during the filming of the film “Disco” in 2003. She reveals disturbing details of her experience, shedding light on the behavior inappropriate behavior of the actor.

“Complementary Investigation” does not stop there. The show reveals previously unseen images of Gérard Depardieu shot by Yann Moix in North Korea 5 years ago, for a documentary that was never broadcast. These images show a dark side of the actor, with vulgarities, sexual comments and suggestive growls. During a visit to a stud farm, Gérard Depardieu shares a misogynistic and sexual vision of horse riding, affirming that “Women love to ride horses, their clits rub against the pommel of the saddle.” His comments are shocking and inappropriate.

Disturbing revelations

The “Complément d’Enquête” investigation also focuses on Gérard Depardieu’s past statements, in the 1970s and 1990s, where he claimed to have participated in rapes in his youth. These claims sparked strong reactions at the time and were later disputed by the actor. Unlike Gérard Depardieu and Yann Moix, who refused to collaborate with “Complément d’Enquête”, the actor’s brother as well as those close to him, such as Josée Dayan and his childhood friends, agreed to give their testimony to journalists from France Television.

Gérard Depardieu faces multiple accusations, including an indictment for “rape” and “sexual assault” since December 2020, following Charlotte Arnould’s complaint. More than fifteen women accuse him of sexual violence. The actor, in an open letter published in Le Figaro on October 1, vigorously rejected these accusations, affirming that he is not a “predator” and insisting: “Never, ever have I abused a woman.”
