Until Saturday, December 31 inclusive, Bison futé does not initially expect any disruption. Traffic should therefore remain fluid, in the direction of departures and arrivals, between Thursday and Saturday inclusive. No traffic jams are to be expected, to the great relief of the drivers.

That day, a change of scenery in the eastern part of the country, where Bison futé expects difficult traffic. “Returns from winter sports resorts to the rest of the country may encounter difficulties on the main alpine axes, in the Rhône Valley and on the A6 motorway“, notes the service.
Bison futé therefore recommends reaching or crossing the Ile de France before 12 noon. Traffic jams will be expected on several routes in the afternoon, including the A6 motorway, the A7 motorway between Orange and Lyon, the N90 between Italy and Albertville or the Mont-Blanc tunnel, towards France.
