The saga that pushes the limits of violence
“Terrifier 3” is the latest installment in a gory horror franchise centered around the character Art the Clown. The previous films in the series, “Terrifier” and “Terrifier 2”, are known for being “slasher” films characterized by (very) extreme horror elements, featuring brutal murders without any censorship. Although the saga did not win any major awards, it gained notoriety among gore film fans for its uncompromising approach to the “slasher” theme.
On Instagram, director Damien Leone also gave a tantalizing glimpse of the film’s content, revealing that even the main actors were shocked by the violence of the scenes filmed. Special mention is made to David Howard Thornton, who plays Art the Clown, the killer clown of the series, and who almost vomited on set because of a particularly disturbing scene.

Art the Clown returns in “Terrifier 3”
As usual, the villain of the franchise returns to the screens to shock you even more! Art the Clown hopes to scare you in a new setting of terror. Like the first two titles, the film takes place during the Halloween period. But this time, the killer will walk the corridors of a shopping center, dressed in a spooky Santa suit, adding an even more macabre touch to this festive season. With the return of main actors Lauren LaVera, Elliot Fullam, Samantha Scaffidi and of course Howard Thornton, this “mega-slasher” could well be the biggest horror film of the year, and of the series!
