Where did the $80 million budget go? Who is ultimately to blame? In reality, the creation of the work was not the simplest. Initially, there were two screenwriters: Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless. Then Dakota Johnson, the lead actress of the film, was cast. She liked the script, she said in a interview made after the release of Madame Web. However, this same scenario was reworked by Claire Parker. The American actress and model really didn’t expect such changes.

The biggest problem, we discover in this same interview with Dakota Johnson. She states that the work has nothing to do with the script that she read at the beginning of its creation. Was the script considered bad towards the end of production? Did this ultimately not correspond to what the studio wanted? We understand that the working conditions were really very bad. The film went through too many different stages, without even having a stable and completely finished writing.
