Odermatt also makes competition look old financially

Thanks to his 13 wins this season, Marco Odermatt is also the clear number 1 in the prize money rankings. The overall World Cup winner from Nidwalden earned 810,000 francs, more than twice as much as the second-placed Frenchman Cyprien Sarrazin (365,500). Fourth in this ranking is the two-time season winner Loïc Meillard with 287,500 francs. Overall World Cup winner Lara Gut-Behrami earned 574,200 francs, just slightly more than the American Mikaela Shiffrin (557,000), although with 9 victories she was on top of the podium once more than the Ticino woman.
