Where to find the Undying Eye in Last Epoch?

The first thing to note is that while the Undying Eye is an enemy that is quite tough, it is not a boss. Indeed, it is simply a basic enemy that is tougher than the others. You will be able to meet him during the Imperial era.

This corresponds to the fourth chapter of the game, when you will be sent to meet the leader of the Outcasts, the group that rose up against the Emperor. This asks you to go to Welryn and that’s good, because that’s precisely where you’ll be able to come across it.

Indeed, there is no specific location where you will definitely come across an Immortal Eye. However, it is possible to come across them quite easily in several regions of the game. The first, it is Imperial Welryn which is a large discovered area with many versions of the Undying Eye.

This is obviously not the only area where you will be able to come across them. For example, you may come across it at the Grande Université which is right next door. Finally, you can also meet them in the arena, even if it is not obligatory.

To defeat an Immortal Eye, the first thing to know is its attacks. The best known is its laser beam which inflicts necrotic damage. The latter will follow you and inflict damage on you as long as it hits you.

So it’s better to use your movement skills to avoid it. The best, it is therefore to place yourself behind his back as much as possible so he can’t hit you with this attack which pretty much hurts if it hits you for several seconds.

If you follow this advice, you shouldn’t have too much trouble getting rid of this Immortal Eye, but be careful because it has one last attack in reserve. When he is about to die, he will start channeling an attack.

If you’re a melee player, it’s best to step away at this point. Indeed, at the end of the pipeline, The Undying Eye explodes, dealing necrotic damage if you haven’t gone far enough. So avoid taking this big damage.
