News tip Temple of the Enshrouded Sun: Where to find it to acquire the legendary glider?
The Enshrouded map is rather large and to be able to move around efficiently, the glider is undoubtedly one of the elements that you will quickly craft in the game. In this article, we explain where to find its legendary version, at level of the temple of the sun.
Several gliders to go further on Enshrouded
As we have just told you, there are several gliders on Enshrouded and if you are only at the beginning of the game, there is no point in trying to obtain the legendary glider. Let’s start with the basic version which requires you to craft a workbench to build it.
Once this is done, you will be able to exchange 8 mist wood, 2 furs, 2 strings and 2 mist spores for this glider. When you are a little further along in the game, you can get an improved version of the latter, the advanced glider.
To do this, you will need to have freed each of the NPCs in the game. The last one is the carpenter and it is precisely with him that you will be able to exchange string, liquid mist and linen, in addition to the basic glider to upgrade it to an advanced glider.
But what will this improvement change? Well know that you will consume less stamina in flight, which means that you will be able to move over greater distances. Besides, this stamina consumption will be reduced even more with the legendary glider!
To find the latter, you will have to go to the temple of the sun on Enshrouded, but be careful because before embarking on this adventure, you will have to prepare yourself. Indeed, for this, you will need to have at least a flame level of 4 and solid equipment including ranged weapons.
Once this is done, go and unlock the tower of the elders, which is indicated to you on the map below if it is not yet done, which will ensure you have a nearby respawn point if you ever die. Then go to the point indicated in red.
There, you will come across the temple of the sun, but the problem is that its doors are closed! To open them, you will have to press three switches, a system that you are already familiar with since you have surely unlocked several towers of the ancients.
The first two are quite easy to find, go left, then right from the doors then look up. For the last one, turn around and you will see an arch. This is where the last switch will be located who will open the temple to you. Then progress to the top of the temple to find the glider.
The alternative method to acquire the legendary glider
If you don’t want to bother with the switches, there is another method. The temple of the sun is surrounded by a mountain and it is higher than the highest point of the temple. So the idea is to grab your pickaxe.
Simply climb to the top of the mountain, digging a path for yourself, set up an altar in case you miss your jump and have to start again, and just jump using your glider to reach the top of the tower where the chest is located.
