(CercleFinance.com) – Nexans announces that the German Federal Cartel Office today carried out searches on two of its sites in Germany.
“These searches are part of an investigation into a suspected agreement between cable manufacturers on the index on the premium metal used by the industry in Germany,” says Nexans.
The company states that it is cooperating with the German authorities.
