(Boursier.com) — Nexity and Top Hat, a leader in off-site industrial construction, have signed a strategic partnership to accelerate the development of off-site construction in France, which would notably include off-site industrialized modular programs, and to develop production in France.
There are two major objectives: to deliver high-quality, factory-finished programs and to accelerate the modular construction offer in France.
Top Hat will bring its know-how and its references for industrialization, Nexity both its experience in pre-industrialization and a volume of programs produced in off-site construction.
This approach is part of Nexity’s Imagine 2026 strategy, to offer quality, affordable and low-carbon housing. Backed by its experience as a leader in low-carbon construction in France, Nexity is aiming for 10% of its production of factory-built housing by 2028.
By partnering with a leader in industrial construction, Nexity aims in particular to speed up delivery times for its homes, offer the best environmental standards to its customers, and develop affordable and energy-efficient products.
