(CercleFinance.com) – Nexity announces the signing of a strategic partnership with Top Hat, a leader in industrial construction excluding
site, in order to accelerate the development of off-site construction in France and to develop its production in France.
The partners pursue two objectives, namely to deliver high-quality factory-finished programs and to accelerate the modular construction offer in France.
Top Hat will bring its know-how and references for industrialization while Nexity will offer both its experience in pre-industrialization and a volume of programs produced in off-site construction.
Nexity specifies that this operation is part of Nexity’s Imagine 2026 strategy, to offer quality, affordable and low-carbon housing. Nexity is aiming for 10% of its factory-built housing production by 2028.
