As in many mobile games, Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds offers an automatic mode for combat and movement. By activating it, the character will move forward and attack on its own. If you deactivate it, you will then be in control of its movements and actions. But you still have to know how to do it. Thus, we explain, in the following, how to enable/disable Auto mode in Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds.

Automatic mode for fights
In order to activate or deactivate the Auto mode for the fights on Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds, you will have to take a look near the bar representing the equipped pets. This bar is located at the bottom and in the middle of your screen. So next to it you should see an icon representing two intertwined swords (picture below).
If the icon is blue, it means Auto mode is on. Clicking it once should put you into Semi-Auto mode, which lets you cast whatever attack skills you want. Finally, when the icon is gray, Auto mode is disabled, leaving you in full control of your character.
Automatic mode for travel
In the same way as for the fights, the movements of your character can be managed automatically or manually. Auto mode is set by default by the game, each time you accept a new quest. Indeed, from then on, you should see a highlight effect on the wording of the quest in progress, at the top left of your screen.
If you want to disable autorun on Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds, and therefore control the movements of your character, you just have to click once on the highlighted quest, therefore the automated one. This action will disable Auto mode as far as your movements are concerned (as in the image above).
