As usual, the creator of the series Kazunori Yamauchi has teased the next update of Gran Turismo 7. We can thus discover the new free cars which will join the garage, but with the added bonus of nice twists . On your marks !
Three free cars are coming to Gran Turismo 7, including a legendary one
Gran Turismo 7 is clearly a title that has improved over time. The long-awaited title from Polyphony Digital did not disappoint fans when it was released in 2022. This despite some concerns, notably regarding the rather exorbitant price of the vehicles and the very slow earning of money in game. has been running smoothly since then, and the game has been filled with free content over time. This is what interests us here, with the next long-awaited update.
To tease the content, Kazunori Yamauchi of course responded with a secret post on his X account (formerly Twitter). If we find the classic account of three new free vehicles, their announcement includes a nice twist to excite the imagination of fans. We can certainly discern fewer details, but this time we are entitled to a video, and therefore to the gleaming sound of the engines. See and hear instead.
Aficionados will probably have recognized the vehicle furthest to the right of the post. It is in fact the iconic Toyota GT-One, or TS020 for short. This is an addition to the Gran Turismo 7 garage that will certainly please veterans of the franchise. This made its first appearances in the second opus. In real life, it shone at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the late 90s. Regarding the other cars teased, we can recognize the second generation Audi R8 on the left. Finally, the middle one finally marks the highly anticipated arrival in the game of its first SUV, which is also the brand’s first model: the Lamborghini Urus.
When will the next free Gran Turismo 7 update be released?
If Polyphony Digital intends to respect its own time in time trial mode, this free update should arrive shortly. The studio should in any case officially announce it tomorrow, March 27, for deployment the next day, March 28.
