Nice: thirty years after committing the unspeakable on a 10-year-old child, three men caught up with justice

This step was mandatory to complete its reconstruction. It all started in 1994, when Loïc was still a child. Nine-year-old boy was repeatedly raped by three men. An abominable gesture which completely destroyed the life of this young Frenchman. In addition to that, his attackers have never been worried by justice. In any case until Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Almost thirty years later, the three men have just been found guilty by the Assize Court of the Alpes-Maritimes.

According to our colleagues from 20 Minutes, Loïc’s three attackers were charged with “rape of a minor under fifteen” and sentenced to 16 years in prison. The three attackers are named Daniel Chiaramello, Fabrice Giordano and Pierre Misson, at whose sexual assault took place, in the heart of the small town of Lantosque, near Nice. While the latter confessed to the facts, the other two always denied them, which caused the case to last so long due to the lack of tangible evidence.

Thirty years after his rapes, Loïc suffers from several addictions

According to the victim’s lawyer, Loïc now expresses deep relief. “He was waiting to finally be recognized as a victim, the wait since his complaint, filed in 2013, was very heavy for him to bear”, reacted to our colleagues from Nice-Matin Maître Julien Soubiran.
