A local (27) suffered serious leg injuries after a paragliding accident on Sunday in Niederau, Tyrol. The paraglider got caught in the trees.

The 27-year-old local took off on Sunday around 12 noon with his paraglider from the Rosskopf launch site in Niederau. For reasons that are still unknown, he quickly lost height and touched several trees, causing the parachute to become entangled in the trees.
