According to Nintendo, you can also play all games that are compatible with the normal Nintendo Switch on the Nintendo Switch OLED. Despite compatibility: differences in some games
However, not all Switch games offer the exact same gaming experience on the OLED model, according to Nintendo. Among other things, the gaming experience may differ on some Nintendo Labo Toy-Con models due to the different screen sizes.
The Toy-Con are foldable cardboard accessories that Nintendo released along with software tailored to them. Nintendo based the dimensions of this cardboard accessory on the display size of the normal Switch. However, since the Switch OLED has a slightly larger display, some Toy-Con may not be able to be attached precisely.

According to Nintendo, the larger screen can also affect the gaming experience of other Switch games. In most cases, however, this influence is likely to be limited to a slightly larger screen section.
