While a large majority of new electric scooters are primarily intended for individuals, other companies are looking to target another spectrum of the market: professionals. This is particularly the case of the Italian company Nito, based in Turin, which is currently developing the Nito Cargo & Share.

In the idea, this two-wheeler uses the same principle of electric cargo bikes, which we see more and more often for the transport of children – with a longtail – or the delivery of goods – biporters and scooters. Nito Cargo & Share is particularly aimed at its uses.

A unique design

As you can see, its long saddle is quite able to accommodate a second passenger in the rear. The latter can also put his feet not on small conventional footrests, but on the scooter deck which benefits from an extension to the rear side parts of the vehicle.

The deck, in fact, offers a nice space to the driver, who can have a bag there at the level of his legs. But above all, the front of the two-wheeler accommodates a platform whose load capacity reaches 100 kilograms. Perfect for delivering goods in an urban environment, over short and medium distances.

Under this plate, an LED strip occupies the role of the main lighthouse. Visually, the Nito Cargo & Share also stands out for the vacuum observed under the saddle. The engine is even bare. It is unusual, and it has the merit of bringing a nice touch of originality.

Regarding the battery, little information is known to date. Corn CleanRider ensures that its accumulator will taste the same energy capacity as the NITO Nes, whose autonomy oscillates between 60 and 80 kilometers for the 125 cc equivalent, and 75 and 90 kilometers for the 50 cc version.

Deliveries at the end of 2022

Obviously, a heavy load placed at the front of the Nito Cargo & Share should have an impact on the range of the vehicle. In any case, it will be necessary to wait for its officialization and its complete technical sheet to get a more precise idea of ​​its characteristics. The sale and deliveries are expected at the end of 2022.
