No major breakthrough in Russia-Ukraine talks, says Kremlin

March 21 (Reuters) – Talks between Russia and Ukraine have yet to yield a major breakthrough and countries that can influence Ukrainian officials must get them to be more constructive in those talks, said the Kremlin on Monday.

Speaking during a telephone press conference, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said progress in the negotiations had not been sufficient so far to allow a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodimir Zelensky.
