The love letter from Provence

Do you like lavender and Provençal inspiration? This cocktail has it all. To make it, you will need:

  • 30 ml of Saint-Germain infused with orange peel
  • 30 ml of white wine
  • 10 ml of verjuice
  • 30 ml of champagne
  • 2 lavender sprays.

If you don’t have verjuice, the chef recommends using fresh lemon juice. For the lavender spray, use natural lavender hydrosol or a cold infusion of water and dry lavender. Time for realization! To do this, simply pour all the ingredients without the champagne into your mixing glass, stir and filter everything into a cocktail glass. Then complete with champagne, and add your lavender as a garnish for an aesthetic touch.

  • 100 ml black mint tea
  • 1 tablespoon of orange blossom
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml ginger ale

In order, pour all the ingredients without the ginger ale into your glass with half ice cubes, stir and pour in the ginger ale. Complete with crushed ice. The chef advises to pay attention to the quantity of orange blossomwhich can quickly become cloying.
