Designer Pinkus announced yesterday that he was engaged to Noah Cyrus (23) via Instagram. Now the sister of pop star Miley Cyrus (30) has also confirmed the happy news and made a sweet declaration of love to her partner via Instagram. She captioned a series of snaps together, “The best moment of my life was saying ‘yes’ to spend the rest of our lives together.”
