Against all expectations, Nordahl Lelandais became the father of a little boy in prison. In fact, prisoners have the possibility of meeting women in complete privacy.
This Friday January 12, 2024, we learn via The Parisian, that Nordahl Lelandais became a father. As a reminder, the former dog handler is incarcerated in Ensisheim, a prison intended for long sentences shared in particular by Patrice Alègre, Francis Heaulme, Guy Georges and Jonathann Daval. Nordahl Lelandais was sentenced to life imprisonment accompanied by a security sentence of 22 years for the kidnapping and murder of little Maëlys. A tragedy which shocked France, the little girl having disappeared during a wedding in August 2017.
And Nordahl Lelandais was also sentenced to twenty years in prison for the murder of Corporal Arthur Noyer. But the inmate is now accumulating sentences. Indeed, this Friday, January 12, it was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a sexual assault on one of his little cousins, which occurred in 2017. But despite all these sentences, the inmate has had some success with women. In fact, several wrote to him in prison and one of them managed to obtain two visits to family life units.

Nordahl Lelandais has had several relationships since his incarceration
These are small apartments where prisoners can stay for 24 hours in order to benefit of intimacy with a loved one. “Like any prisoner, he has the right to rebuild his life behind bars. Deprivation of liberty does not entail the suppression of other rights, notably that of having a partner or becoming a father”, explained his lawyer Me Mathieu Moutous. But his partner finally broke up with him after providing him with two cell phones, rum and cocaine.
Then, Nordahl Lelandais had been caught having sex with another woman, in a visiting room at Saint-Quentin-Fallavier prison (Isère), in April 2022. An incident which therefore led to his transfer in September 2022 to Ensisheim. And according to the latest information from Parisian, his new partner gave birth to a little boy two months ago. It is therefore probably thanks to these family life units that Nordahl Lelandais’ partner was able to become pregnant by the criminal.
