Discussions between the UK and the European Union over post-Brexit controls in Northern Ireland are “very constructivesaid European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on Wednesday 1 February.
“Our teams work together to find solutions and come up with a common framework (…) The negotiations will continue until the very end, until the moment when you know what the finalized agreement is and you sign, but the discussions are very constructive“, she said at a press conference in Brussels.
