But Valentin Kretz was confronted with concerns from his parents after he told them of his wish to leave France to find Charina Sarte. “They are not overjoyed at the idea of seeing me go to the other side of the world for a girl I just met and they don’t know”, he explains in complete transparency. Viewers know the rest of the story: the two lived in a long-distance relationship for almost four years and finally got married in 2017 in Morocco, before settling in Paris where they welcomed a first child called Noah .

In season 4 of The Agency, the real estate serieswe learned that Valentin Kretz wanted to settle with his family in New York, which once again calls into question his involvement in the family agency in question. “Deep down I’m not feeling well. I want new things. I feel that my life is elsewhere. I want to tell them that I want to go and live in New York. I don’t know not how they’re going to take it”he said in episode 6, before explaining it to his parents and his three brothers: “There is so much work, potential and opportunities that I say to myself why not settle here. There are a lot of questions in our heads”.
