Manager could not be traced
Based on the newspaper article, which the authority assessed as initial suspicion, the WKStA began investigating Wallner. However, the allegations were not substantiated. The WKStA did not succeed in finding out the manager quoted in the “VN”. In the justification of the WKStA for the discontinuation of the investigation, it is stated that on the one hand the “UN” referred to the editorial secrecy. On the other hand, a witness suspected of being that manager “credibly stated that he did not write the affidavit”. The questioning of other witnesses, twelve people are named in the reasoning, was unsuccessful.
