DSince the first day, she had announced the color. In October, on the eve of the opening of the public debate on the project to build six new nuclear reactors, including the first pair in Penly, the president of the National Commission for Public Debate (CNDP), in charge of organizing debates, had warned the government: “A project rejected during the debate has no chance of seeing the light of day, even if the authorities are stubborn! ” she said in an interview with the Figaro.
