“Maxles, the world is bad! Perched on a small platform, a man speaks. He is in his fifties, with a graying beard and big glasses. In his hand, a tribal leader’s stick. Facing him, 36 men are seated on the ground, and 36 others dressed all in black surround them, standing. In a long speech, the tribune explains that human civilization is on the verge of chaos, because of wars, global warming, or even pandemics. The proof ? The new generations can no longer bring out a charismatic leader: he quotes Harvey Milk, Nelson Mandela or Robert Badinter. He intends to reconnect us with our “inner warrior”.
