This performance is the result of:
the continued growth of the relationship and affinity programs business, with more than 20 new programs won to date. Thanks to the synergies of expertise with Adelya

now aims to sign more than 25 new relational and affinity programs in 2022 (compared to 20 previously targeted);the sustained development of the e-commerce store activity, driven by the partnership entered into in the field of works councils and the recovery in ticket sales (leisure parks, cinemas, etc.) post-pandemic;

Beyond sustained growth, the 1
er
half of 2022 was marked by stronger gross margin growth. It amounted to €1.8 million, up +29% compared to the 1
er
half of 2021, representing 11.4% of half-year revenue (vs. 10.8% a year earlier and 7.3% at the end of the 2021 financial year).
The improvement in gross margin is the result of the signing of new programs won in 2021 and 2022, as well as the integration of Adelya, whose software publisher model generates high and recurring margins.
