According to the manufacturer, it offers three 8K HDMI inputs and eARC support and should therefore support the most modern HDMI specifications, such as 8K 60 Hertz, 4K 120 Support Hertz, Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Interesting for gamers: the receiver should also be able to use QFT (Quick Frame Transport), ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) and VRR (variable refresh rate).
Not only HDMI is mentioned as an interface to the device, but also Bluetooth, AirPlay 2 and USB, with a large number of different audio formats being supported. Virtual surround sound is made possible with DTS:X and Dolby Atmos. Denon lists the control via HEOS app, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri and Josh.ai as further special features.
