CAIRO/HOUSTON (Reuters) – Shipping firm Trafigura said one of its tankers transiting the Red Sea was hit on Friday by a missile attack claimed by Yemen’s Houthis.
A fire broke out on board the ship, the Marlin Luanda, and Trafigura said it was monitoring the situation closely.
A Houthi military spokesman said the rebels had targeted the “British” tanker Marlin Luanda in the Gulf of Aden.
