EXCLUSIVE DISCUSSIONS WITH HOLNEST

OL Groupe informs that exclusive and confidential discussions have been initiated with the company Holnest (family office owned in particular by Jean Michel Aulas) with a view to the sale of all the shares of the company OL Vallée Arena (operating company of the LDLC Arena) .
This exclusivity period extends until May 31, 2024.
These exclusive discussions were previously authorized by the board of directors.
The closing would take place subject to the fulfillment of the usual suspensive conditions.
The proposed sale of this asset is part of the strategy developed by Eagle Football, in particular the refocusing on men’s football activities.
