(Boursier.com) — Over the first 9 months of the 2022-2023 financial year, OL Group recorded €202.7 million in revenue from activities (€193.5 million at March 31, 2022). Total income from activities increased by 9.2 ME or +5%, despite the absence of the European Cup.

After a first payment of 16.5 ME in August 2022, the group should benefit from the next payments linked to the LFP/CVC operation (23.5 ME in July 2023 and 50 ME in 2023/2024), subject to future transactions between the LFP and CVC Capital Partners.

In terms of financial debt, OL Groupe is actively working on various refinancing schemes for its “Stadium” debt, PGE (State Guaranteed Loan) and RCF (Revolving Credit Facility), with several international and French financial foreground. It is recalled that the outstanding debts relating to the “Stadium” and the RCF are due on June 30, 2024, while the PGEs have been amortized since the beginning of 2023. The Group will communicate later on the progress of its refinancing project.

OL GROUP also recalls its medium-term objectives for 2025/26, namely: total revenue from activities of around 400 to 420 ME (with in particular an assumption of qualification for the Champions League and including player trading) and an EBITDA above 90 ME.
