The 2022 Paralympic Winter Games take place from March 4 to 13 in Beijing. Here are the disciplines on the program.
Olympic athletes will give way to their Paralympic counterparts in China. Para athletes will compete for the 75 titles available in six sports, which will take place in three main cities.
Thus, Beijing will host ice sports: sledge hockey and curling. For his part, Zhangjiakou will see biathlon, cross-country skiing and snowboarding. Finally, Yanqing will be the scene of the alpine skiing events.
Note that for alpine skiing, Nordic skiing (biathlon and cross-country skiing) and snowboarding, there are three main categories: the visually impaired, para skiers standing and those who are seated.
