Omar Sy will be loyal to Netflix for years. The “Lupine” star has signed a lucrative deal with the streaming service.
Omar Sy (43) has been known to the world at least since “Pretty Best Friends”. Thanks to his “Lupine” series, the French actor also matured to become a Netflix star – and Sy should stay that way. As reported by “The Hollywood Reporter”, he recently bagged a lucrative deal with the streaming service. This applies for several years and includes the joint production of an unspecified number of films.
According to the report, Sys’s in-house production company will implement the films. The star himself will also play the leading role in them and act as executive producer. “I’ve seen Netflix collaborate with other artists and their passion for bringing unique and diverse stories to homes around the globe,” Sy is quoted as saying. He is therefore looking forward to continuing the “journey together” in the years to come.
