Current clean cost of supplies (CCS) earnings before interest and tax (EBIT), which excludes special items and inventory gains or losses, reached €2.00 billion ($2.26 billion) in three months to December, slightly beating analysts’ forecasts of 2.12 billion euros and up from 524 million euros in 2020, the group said.
OMV also said it had received a binding offer of 455 million euros for the nitrogen business of its subsidiary Borealis from EuroChem, which aims to expand its global production and distribution capacities.
