Cult film of the late 90s, The Full Monty made an impression by telling the story of a group of unemployed men who decide to get naked on stage to make a little money. 25 years later, Gaz and his fine team are back in the spotlight on Disney+ !
In this original series that follows the film, our heroes struggle to survive in Sheffield in the face of a depressed economy in all sectors. Through their collective efforts and their deep humanity, they will find solutions as absurd as they are inventive to triumph over adversity.
The whole gang is back: Robert Carlyle, Mark Addy, Steve Huison, Paul Barber, Tom Wilkinson and Hugo Speer, but also Lesley Sharp and Wim Snape. She is joined by new recruits such as Talitha Wing and Paul Clayton, who portray Gaz’s teenage daughter and Lomper’s husband, respectively.
