THE UNAVOIDABLE
Star Wars: Ahsoka – Wednesday, August 23
A character already well known to fans of the Star Wars universe, Ahsoka Tano is the heroine of the brand new Lucasfilm series to be discovered exclusively on Disney+. After the animated series The Clone Wars and Rebels, and his appearances in The Mandalorian, it is his story that will this time be at the heart of this project again signed Dave Filoni.
In the aftermath of the fall of the Empire, ex-Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano investigates a latent threat that could upset the fragile balance of a still-vulnerable galaxy…
The series is carried by Rosario Dawson in the title role, surrounded by Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ray Stevenson, David Tennant and Lars Mikkelsen, among others.
Great news for eager subscribers: not one, but two episodes of Star Wars: Ahsoka will be available at launch on August 23rd, followed by weekly releases of subsequent episodes!
Antigang: La Relève – Friday, August 25
Eight years after the cinema release of the film Antigang with Jean Reno, the sequel is coming to streaming. Action, humor and fights, this is what awaits Alban Lenoir and his famous team in this new boosted opus, again directed by Benjamin Rocher.
Former legend of the Antigang brigade known for his muscular and unconventional methods, Niels Cartier left the police following an intervention that went wrong and led to the death of his wife.
