Entrepreneur Bryan Johnson believes he has already managed to lose several years.

And the assertion of the businessman, who works in biotech, is not without foundation. In fact, several health exams show that parts of his body are still in early adulthood!

2 million euros per year

The extension of the lifespan is a dream of many. This is particularly the case of Bryan Johnson, who does not want nature to do its work. The 45-year-old entrepreneur has decided to be the guinea pig for his own experimental project called Blueprint, which uses data intensively to develop a “rejuvenation” program.

2 million dollars a year are allocated to this ambition. And this would have already paid off. According to the medical examinations passed by Bryan Johnson, the latter would have the heart of a 37-year-old man and the skin of a 28-year-old person.

But that’s not the most impressive. On other points, it would still be quite simply in adolescence. He would thus have the inflammation of the gums of a 17-year-old young man and the respiratory capacity of an 18-year-old human. According to the team of 30 health experts who follow him, he would also have a rhythm of nocturnal erections similar to that of a teenager…

A draconian diet

These impressive figures prompted Bryan Johnson to claim that he now holds the world record for epigenetic age reversal, with 5.1 years younger. But to make this leap into the past, he had to adhere to a particularly severe diet.

He must therefore get up every morning at 5 a.m., train every day, with three high-intensity workouts per week. He must also stick to a strictly vegan diet, with a diet of exactly 1,977 daily calories. And when he wakes up, he has to swallow two dozen supplements such as zinc, lithium, lycopene or metformin. Finally, he has blood tests, MRIs, and even colonoscopies every month!

In other words, the discipline is brutal. ” What I’m doing may seem extreme, but I’m trying to prove that self-harm and decay are not inevitable “, is justified Bryan Johnson. And to get the rest of the world to follow him, he recently set up the Rejuvenation Olympics, ranking the 1,750 people best fighting aging. Interested?
