One Piece Odyssey presents itself as the first big release of this year 2023 and the public can already try it with the help of a demo available since yesterday, which allows you to discover the first two hours of play. The embargo fell there a few minutes and the first tests start to flow, but if you are waiting for ActuGaming’s, we regret to have to make you wait a few more days.

First of all, know that the launch trailer of One Piece Odyssey just aired. It is obviously rich in new sequences, especially on the last arcs revealed, but it offers a good overview of the a priori epic adventure that Luffy and his companions will live in this JRPG which contrasts radically with the other games of the license.
Why our test will be delayed
If the test embargo around the game has indeed fallen, that of ActuGaming will not arrive for a few days. At the time of writing these lines, unfortunately we still have not received a copy of the game to give you our opinion before the release of this One Piece Odyssey.
If we tell you this today, it is for the sake of transparency and to highlight once again our policy regarding the publication of tests, which is being reinforced in 2023. In order not to impose uncomfortable testing conditions on our team, some of our articles on expected games may arrive late.especially when it comes to RPGs or games that require a lot of hours to play. We know how important it is to be on time for the release of a test on a highly scrutinized game, but thanks to your support, we can now avoid counterproductive rush periods.
When a test will be late because the code for it will be delivered to us too close to the embargo (this happens for lots of reasons often independent of the news agencies, which are always listening), you will be informed and we will take the time necessary before giving you our opinion. Nothing revolutionary in this, taking as much time as possible to give you an opinion has always been our habit, but you will now be informed each time this situation arises, again out of a desire for transparency.
We obviously hope that you will still be there to read each of our tests when they are available. specify that this obviously concerns all the highly anticipated games, no matter where they come from.
